Berlin Kranich 2012 Tournament
On board 1 Robert Jasiek 5d (sum on KGS) makes good use of a serie of time trouble mistakes by David Seibt 4d.
The famous Berlin lawyer Bernd Schütze 4d has to take the white stones against Robert Jasiek 5d on board 1. Both players are former Berlin Champions. Bernd won by 7.
On board 1 the German Youth Champion Jonas Welticke 4d had to take the white stones against Bernd Schütze 4d.
Bernd started with Tengen!!
Soon he had a big moyo. Jonas was jalous and tried too hard reducing it.
Bernd won by 7.5 (actually 8 as the Germans play with a komi of 6 instead of 6.5).
This time Bernd did not play Tengen, but 5-4 in his game against Matthias Terwey 4d.
Again time played a big role in this game. Matthias had to resign after a big group was captured, but i had the feeling that with enough time he would have saved it.
